Policy & compliance for residential aged care·Live in 3 family-run homes

The compliance partner for Australia's family-run aged care providers.

OriComply maps every policy to the Strengthened Aged Care Standards, finds the gaps before the assessor does, and keeps you audit-ready — so your team spends less time cross-referencing rules and more time with residents.

Built for small, family-run providers — not the big corporate groups

What OriComply does

Everything a compliance manager does by hand — done in minutes.

01GAP_ANALYSIS

Find the gaps before the assessor does

OriComply reads each policy against the Strengthened Standards and returns severity-ranked findings — critical, moderate, minor — each with the exact section quoted, what's missing, a suggested fix, and a citation back to the Act or Rules. The week of manual cross-referencing, done in minutes.

02READINESS_MAP

One screen that answers "are we audit-ready?"

A live coverage map ties every published policy to the standards and outcomes it satisfies — filtered to your own service profile — so you can see exactly which standards are covered and where the gaps still sit. An honest readiness picture, not a hand-maintained checklist.

03EVIDENCE_EXPORT

Prove your staff have read the policy

When an assessor asks who has acknowledged the medication policy, export a single CSV: every staff member against every assigned policy, the version they signed, and the date — flagged complete, stale, overdue or pending. The named-staff evidence trail, without the spreadsheet wrangling.

04ASK_ORI

Ask your policies a question, get a cited answer

Ask "what does our restraint policy say?" or "does this meet Standard 5?" and Ask Ori answers from your own documents and the actual regulations — every claim cited, every AI call audit-logged. A regulatory radar then watches for rule changes and surfaces the exact policies they affect.

Built inside Fairlea. Now live in three family-run homes.

In one provider’s first review, it flagged 0 critical gaps across 12 freshly-approved policies — not one referenced the Strengthened Standards.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is our residents’ and staff data safe?

Yes. OriComply is hosted in Australia (Sydney), aligned to the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, and every AI action is audit-logged. Your data stays in your own tenant — it is never shared between providers or used to train external models.

Do we have to switch everything at once?

No. We migrate your full policy suite into OriComply before go-live — nothing is lost — and it runs in parallel with your current system until you’ve signed off. You move across when you’re ready, not on day one.

How long until we’re up and running?

Weeks, not months. Once your policies are migrated, gap analysis and the readiness map are populated from your real documents, so you see where you stand from the first week rather than after a long configuration project.

How does the price compare to Centro Assist or CompliSpace?

OriComply is priced per bed and sits well under the incumbents. We’re built for small, family-run providers, so you’re not paying enterprise licensing for features designed for large groups. Book a walkthrough and we’ll quote against your bed count.

From the founder

I'm Jordy. My family runs Fairlea — an aged care provider that has cared for Sydney residents for nearly four decades — so I grew up close to what compliance actually costs a small home: nights and weekends cross-referencing policies against standards that keep changing, never quite sure you'd be ready if an assessor walked in.

When the Strengthened Standards landed, the cross-referencing got worse, and the tools built for the big groups were priced for the big groups. So I built OriComply inside Fairlea first — to find the gaps before the assessor does, and to prove, on demand, that the right people had read the right policies.

It's now live across our three homes — and our Support at Home (home-care) team. If you run a small provider and compliance is eating your week, I'd like to show you what your own policies look like through it.

We build under the name Matthew25 AI — “faithful over a little.” That's how we see compliance: the small, unglamorous, faithful work that keeps the people in your care safe.

Built inside a family-run home — for the providers the big tools forgot.
